Stunning Wedding in Italy on the Amalfi Coast
Annie and Angel didn’t plan on having a destination wedding in Italy. At least, not at first. When they started calculating the costs and logistics of a big, traditional wedding, though, a thought struck them. Why not put that money and energy into the elopement of their dreams? So off we went to the Amalfi Coast!
A Stunning Wedding in Italy
The Amalfi Coast is one of the most picturesque parts of the Mediterranean. The landscape combines rugged mountains with sparkling beaches. Colorful villages scale the steep mountains like a theater audience waiting for a show to start. It really was the perfect spot for Annie and Angel’s wedding in Italy.
One of my favorite parts of the trip was the private boat tour Annie and Angel booked. Birds swooped overhead. Clouds drifted over mountain peaks. Cold sea sprayed us as we laughed . It was the most romantic setting to celebrate Annie and Angel’s marriage.
An Intentional Elopement Experience
Annie and Angel were very intentional in designing their elopement experience. They figured that since they were flying me out to Italy to photograph their elopement, we might as well make the most of it. I worked with them over multiple days to document different looks in breathtaking settings around the Amalfi Coast. You can see more from this glamorous Italian destination wedding in this blog post.
I’m so grateful that I was there to document Annie and Angel’s elopement with these ethereal photos.
